Amazon Jungle: a honeycomb of animal tiles and a stone temple bonus
Seven round animal tiles in a honeycomb instead of reels, 9 lines, and a bonus where you work your way through a temple past stone guardians.
There are no reels on Amazon Jungle. Instead, seven round stone tiles are set into a carved temple wall in a 2-3-2 honeycomb, with two grumpy stone faces guarding the sides and jungle leaves all around. It looks more like a board game than a slot, and it's the oddest layout I've come across on Play8oy.
Each tile holds one animal: a spotted jaguar, a blue frog, a parrot, a brown monkey, a coiled snake and a crocodile. The bet bar is the normal Play8oy one: LINES 9, PLAY 2, TOTAL PLAY 18, WIN, and a SPIN button you hold down for autospin. There are no jackpot boxes on this game.
Lines run between tiles that touch. In this capture three frogs, one in the middle row and two on the right, are circled in gold and joined by a bent line, for a win of 6. Small, but it shows how the lines bend around the honeycomb.
The temple bonus
When the bonus starts, the tiles disappear and you're standing in front of a temple.
A legend at the bottom right shows three icons: a key for Next, a coin for Win and a skull for Exit. So the idea seems to be that you push deeper into the temple until you hit a skull. Across the captures the WIN box climbs from 162 to 270 to 450, and the old page's description of picking ruins to reveal prizes fits that well enough. I couldn't see how many picks you get or what decides it.
The deepest room I have shows a guardian with glowing yellow eyes, a blazing sun above and a heap of gold and gems. One session ended on a MEGA WIN of 1,350 with a red TAKE button.
