Five captures, and the balance tells the story: 1878, 1858, 1838, 1818, 1818. Twenty credits a spin, and then a win of exactly 20 on the last one, which puts it back where it was. That's Pirate on Mega888 at its cheapest setting, one credit a line on all 20 lines.
The crew
The reels are parchment-coloured, framed by a ship's rigging on both sides with blue sky and sea behind, and the PIRATE logo in red and gold hangs over the top. The line numbers sit in little flag-shaped tabs down the edges, in a jumbled order (4, 20, 18 at the top left, 14, 2, 10, 7 at the top right), which is how you find where each line starts.
There are no card letters. The low symbols are objects: a three-masted galleon, crossed cutlasses, a brass flintlock pistol, a red skull-and-crossbones flag and a blue and yellow parrot. The characters come in round portraits: a hook-handed captain in a black tricorn, a bald sailor with a mug of beer, a ginger-bearded crewman hugging a black bomb, an officer in blue with a spyglass and a woman pirate in a feathered hat.
The one win in the set: three bomb crewmen on line 6, from reel 1 across to reel 3, paying 20 credits at LINES BET 1.
Wild, BONUS and the counters
The wild is a gold doubloon with WILD written across it in blue. The feature symbol is a rolled treasure map in a purple frame marked BONUS.
That spin put two maps on the screen and paid nothing, so two isn't enough. I didn't see what three would bring.
Across the top are MAJOR, RANDOM and MINOR counters in whole numbers. RANDOM climbs through every shot, 261,810 up to 274,060, while MAJOR and MINOR jump around. The first capture was taken at LINES BET 5, a total of 100 credits a spin, the rest at LINES BET 1.

What does the BONUS map do in Pirate?
I can't tell you from these captures. Two BONUS maps landed together on reels 3 and 5 and nothing happened, so it presumably takes three, but no bonus screen appears in the shots.
Do the pirates turn wild during free spins?
The old page said 10 free spins with male and female pirates turning wild on reels 2 to 5. That description matches a different studio's pirate slot, and nothing in these screens shows it, so treat it as unconfirmed.
