Zhao Cai Jin Bao Jackpot: four dragon boxes over a nine-line game

Four boxes sit above the reels, two on each side of the title, each held by a little dragon. Gold on the top left: RM317,244.26. Red below it: RM25,342.94. On the right, blue RM539.27 and green RM70.91. I watched them across six screenshots and 16 seconds of play, and not one of them moved by a sen.

The title in between switches from Chinese, 招财进宝, to ZHAO CAI JIN BAO in red and gold, with JACKPOT under both. The phrase is a New Year greeting, roughly "bring in wealth and treasure", and the whole screen is dressed for it: red lanterns, a lattice screen and a red haze at the bottom.

Nine lines and decorated letters

The line numbers down each side go 4, 6, 2, 8, 1, 9, 3, 7 and 5, so this is a nine-line game, which is small for a Playtech slot with a jackpot. The player here is betting one of those lines at RM0.01.

What I like are the card letters. Each has its own lucky object: the 9 has a peach, the 10 a nest of golden eggs, the J a red fan, the Q a pearl set in jade, the K a gold coin and the A a red envelope. Above them are the picture tiles: a phoenix, a golden guardian lion, a pair of red koi with pink blossoms, a gold ingot heaped with coins, and a green and gold dragon.

Missing pieces

The balance goes from RM30.98 to RM30.95 over these spins, with nothing paid on the single line. I didn't see a wild tile, a paytable or any jackpot game. The old page said a wild on the middle three reels doubles any win it's part of, that lines pay both ways, and that the top prize reaches 10,000 times. None of that is visible here, so treat it as the old page's word.
