The symbols are lucky animals and lake things: a gold fish, a jade money frog with a coin in its mouth, turtles carrying gold gourds, and a red pearl shell marked FREE SPIN. The logo tile, with MYSTERY LAKE OF PEARL written over a pink lotus, also sits on the reels. The card symbols 10, J, Q, K and A are drawn in pink, orange and gold.

The first capture is at a total bet of 200, the other two at 40. At 200 the message bar says "MAX BET FOR HIGHER WINNINGS", which I'd read as a nudge to stake more rather than a rule. The jackpot bar at 200 shows GRAND 243,249, MAJOR 67,186, MINOR 32,312 and MINI 24,240. The badge top right says HONGKONG.
There are no line tabs at the sides, but wins name their line: line 10 for three As worth 25, and line 23 for three 10s worth 12 in a spin that totalled 36. So there are at least 23 lines, and a default bet of 40 hints at 40, though that's my guess.
The old paytable
The old page gave numbers: 2x to 4x for the card symbols, 6x for the frog, turtle and fish, and up to 7.5x for the fisherman. None of the captures shows a paytable, so I can't back any of them. Open the "i" page before you trust figures from anywhere else.
The pearl shell is clearly the free-spin trigger, but how many it takes and how many spins you get isn't on these screens.
