Bees buzz across the mountains above the Bonus Bears logo, and the logo itself looks like it's been squeezed out of a honey tube. It's a cartoon slot, all rounded shapes and bright colours, set in a pine forest with snowy peaks behind.
The symbol set tells a little story. A red-haired park ranger in a khaki hat, a wicker picnic basket with a red checked cloth, a muscly bee flexing its arm, a skunk holding what looks like a spray can, a beehive hanging from a branch and a big grey bear against an orange burst. The card symbols 9 to A are bubbly glass letters in blue, red, green and navy.
Lines and bet
The bottom bar uses lower-case labels: CURRENT BALANCE, line with minus and plus, bet with minus and plus, win, auto start and spin. Numbered tabs 1 to 25 run down both sides.
The first capture is set to line 25 and bet 1.00. After that everything is at line 1 and bet 0.01, and the balance ticks down a cent at a time. That's cheap, but on one line you're only paying attention to the middle row, so most of what lands doesn't count.
The framed bear and beehive
Two symbols get square frames that set them apart from the rest: the grey bear with its orange sunburst, and the beehive on a dark blue tile. In this game that usually means a wild, a scatter or a bonus trigger, but the captures don't show a paytable, so I can't tell you which is which.
