The first capture of Arctic Treasure has every payline switched on, twenty coloured zigzags criss-crossing the reels, and behind all that a very white set of symbols: a snowy owl against a green aurora, polar bear heads, a grey wolf under the stars, a pale-haired ice queen in a silver circlet and a man paddling a kayak past icebergs.
The low symbols are A, K, Q, J and 10 carved out of ice with little icicles hanging off them. The reels sit in a frosty blue frame under the ARCTIC TREASURE logo, with a diamond in the middle of the title.
Lines and the BET box
This is the Playtech-style bar you'll see on a lot of ACE333 slots: CURRENT BALANCE, LINES with minus and plus, BET with minus and plus, WIN, AUTO START and SPIN. Numbered tabs 1 to 20 run down both edges of the reels, and the active ones light up.
At the start the bar reads LINES 20 and BET 1.00. I can't tell from one frame if 1.00 is per line or for the whole spin, and the balance didn't move in that shot. Every other capture drops to LINES 1 and BET 0.01, and the balance goes down by exactly 0.01 each time, from 26.34 to 26.31.
Symbols that stack
The kayaker is the one to watch. In the last capture it fills most of reel 3 and reel 5 at the same time, and the snowy owl turns up twice alongside it. On a single line that doesn't do much, which is the problem with testing a 20-line slot at 0.01.
