Nian Nian You Yu: dumplings, lion dancers and a red koi under a temple roof
A 9-line Chinese New Year slot on Mega888 where the lines are drawn across the reels and the cheapest spin is 0.01.
The nine paylines are drawn right across the reels in the first screenshot, in yellow, pink, blue and red, from markers 1 to 9 on either side. That's all the lines this game has, and at the other end of the scale most of the captures are on a single line at 0.01.
Nian Nian You Yu takes its name from the New Year greeting 年年有余, which is printed in gold on the temple roof above the reels, with NIAN NIAN YOU YU underneath and fireworks going off in the sky. Red lanterns hang down both sides.
What's on the reels
Food and festival things. Strings of red firecrackers, a bamboo steamer of white buns, a plate of dumplings with dipping sauce, a basket of mandarin oranges, red lanterns, plum blossom, a red diamond card with 福 on it, red packets, a lion dance head, a red koi leaping out of water, and a blue tile with 年年有余 on it. There are no card letters at all, which is unusual for this kind of slot.
Bet panel and counters
Across the top are MAJOR, RANDOM and MINOR counters, and a red scrolling line under the roof reads PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT followed by a figure (378812.44 when I could read it). A gold badge top left says Dollar Ball ENABLE; none of the shots show what Dollar Ball does.
The bottom panel has LINES with minus and plus, BET with minus and plus, a TURBO MODE switch (OFF in every shot), AUTO PALY (that's how the game spells it) and SPIN. CREDIT and WIN boxes sit just under the reels.
At 9 lines the bet reads 0.90, which works out to 0.10 a line. On 1 line it's 0.01 a spin, and the credit barely moves: 117.66, 117.65, 117.64, 117.63.

What does Nian Nian You Yu mean?
年年有余 is a New Year greeting, roughly 'may you have surplus every year'. The word for surplus sounds like the word for fish, which is why a red koi turns up on the reels.
Is the red koi the wild?
The old page said so, and that it sits on the three middle reels and doubles wins. In the screenshots the koi appears once, on reel 4, with no win to show what it does. I can't confirm it.
