Queen Femida: gavels, quills and a free-spin ladder on the left

Down the left edge of the Queen Femida reels runs a column of seven small black discs: 20 FREE, 15 FREE, 10 FREE, 5 FREE, and then three that just say 0 FREE. It's the first thing that looks different from the other Live22 slots, and it tells you the free game here builds up in steps rather than arriving all at once. Femida is the Russian name for Themis, the blindfolded goddess of justice, and the whole game is dressed like a judge's chambers at night: gothic windows, candle chandeliers, a pile of old books and a quill in an inkpot beside the reels.

Symbols of the court

The reels are almost all objects. There's a wooden gavel, a black wax-seal stamp engraved with a pair of scales, a blue quill, a silver candelabra with three candles, a long sword, an open book of handwritten pages, a skull with green fire in its eyes and a purple blindfold marked with an eye. The one person on the reels is Femida herself, a red-haired woman with a blindfold, in a framed portrait. There are no card letters at all.

The old page listed books, feathers, candlesticks, stamps, swords and skulls, which matches, plus hibiscus and ropes, which I didn't see. It also called the game 5 reels and 25 lines. There are no line tabs on screen, but all three captures sit at a total bet of 25, which fits.

Bets, wins and the ladder

The first capture shows the jackpot bar at a total bet of 25: GRAND 39,375, MAJOR 7,778, MINOR 4,051 and MINI 2,957, with the usual "MAX BET FOR HIGHER WINNINGS" prompt. In the hero shot, taken during auto spin (the SPIN button has turned into STOP), the bottom step of the free-spin ladder is lit purple and the win box shows 10. The third capture has little yellow lightning bolts between reels 1 to 4 where the stamps and a book line up, for a win of 8.

The old page said the scales symbol, Libra, is the jackpot symbol and that three of them start the jackpot game. The stamp is the only symbol with scales on it, and I didn't see a jackpot game in these captures.
