Animal Circus: twelve animal bets and a Banker, Tie, Player side

A big red crocodile pays 31. A yellow panda pays 7. At least that's how the betting board in Animal Circus reads, with a number next to every tile, and it tells you quickly this isn't a slot at all. It's an animal wheel, an arcade-style betting game dressed up as a circus.
The old page described a circus slot with a monkey wild. That's a different game. Nothing like it appears in these screenshots.
The board
There are four animals: crocodile, tiger, squirrel and panda. Each comes in red, green and yellow, so twelve animal bets. The numbers go up the rarer the combination looks: crocodiles 31 to 40, tigers 15 to 20, squirrels 8 to 11, pandas 5 to 7. On the right are three Chinese characters: 莊 (Banker) and 閑 (Player) at 2 each, and 和 (Tie) at 26.
The help page confirms the structure in plain English: four animals, three colours, twelve bet options, and a separate Banker, Tie and Player bet.
Along the bottom: WIN, TOTAL BETS, a chip value of 0.50, AUTO, REBET and LAST RESULT. Above the board is a row of recent results, each a coloured animal with a Banker or Player tag. A BONUS box in the top-left corner showed 550 in one shot and 1,000 in another; I couldn't see what wins it.
The wheel
When the round starts, the camera drops to the wheel: a ring of red, green and yellow segments, animals standing around the rim and a gold pointer in the middle. A few animals are gold. The ring has 全 marked on some segments. I'm guessing that's an "all" result, but nothing on screen explains it.

Is Animal Circus a slot?
No. The old page described a slot with a monkey wild, but the 3Win8 screens show an animal wheel: you bet on an animal and colour, or on Banker, Tie or Player, and a pointer picks the result.
What do the numbers next to each animal mean?
The board shows a number beside every bet (31, 35 and 40 for the crocodiles, 5, 6 and 7 for the pandas, 2 for Banker and Player, 26 for Tie). They look like payout odds, but the help pages after 1/6 would confirm that, and I only have the first one.
