918Kiss, formerly SCR888: accounts, cuci and what's in the lobby

Great China and Big Prosperity both have a Random Jackpot box. So do Paydirt and Rally. Once you've opened a few 918Kiss games you start to see that the app is built from a handful of frames, each reused across several titles. Learn the frames and you'll find your way round any game in the lobby. This page covers that, plus the part that matters more: how the accounts and the money work.

How you get in

918Kiss, which many players still call SCR888, isn't a website you sign up on. You install the app, and a provider (most people say agent) gives you a game ID and password. Nobody at 918Kiss knows your name. The provider does.

Money goes through that provider as well. You pay them, usually by bank transfer or an e-wallet, and they load the same amount onto your ID. Cashing out, the "cuci", runs the other way: you ask, they take the credit off your ID and transfer the money to you. So the provider matters more than the app. Before you pay anything, ask how long a cuci normally takes and whether there's a minimum. If a provider goes quiet when you ask to withdraw, you have no one else to complain to.

The app itself doesn't come from Google Play or the App Store. On Android it's a file you allow from "unknown apps"; on iPhone it's an enterprise-signed build you have to trust in Settings. Both steps, and what can go wrong, are in the 918Kiss install notes.

One more thing: 918Kiss usernames are often the player's phone number. It appears in the top bar of the app, so crop it out before you share a screenshot.

The frames you'll keep seeing

Most 918Kiss slots use one of four bars.

BALANCE, BET, WIN on top. Three jackpot boxes (Minor, Random Jackpot, Major, or just two) under the top bar. Text over the reels says "25 Lines selected" and "0.01 Bet per line". Money is in ringgit here. Great China is the busiest of these at 50 lines, with a panda that fills reel 3. Paydirt is a 25-line gold-rush cartoon, and its banner says the gold nugget triples the prize.

CURRENT BALANCE, LINES, BET along the bottom. MAJOR, RANDOM and MINOR counters sit up top, and a GAMBLE button with two dice pops up after a win. Panther Moon belongs here, and it's worth a look for its gamble: you can risk half a win instead of all of it. Safari Heat uses the same bar with a plain red-or-black card.

PRESS REVEAL. A jackpot column down the right and a message bar that sometimes asks you to press reveal before a Free Spin Bonus. Pirate Ship, with its golden skull wild on 30 lines, is the one I'd start with. These games count in credits rather than ringgit.

LINE and LINES BET in wooden boxes. Older games in credits, like Robin Hood on 15 lines.

Wheels and tables

918Kiss also has games with no reels at all. Phoenix is an animal wheel: eight animals from x4 to x25, Bird and Beast bets at x2 and a fire phoenix tile with a range of 26 to 220. Racing Car and Pocket Monster use the same kind of board.

The table games have their own blue-felt style. Poker Three is three-card poker with the Pair Plus table printed on the felt (straight flush 40 to 1) and a dealer who needs a queen to qualify. And there are four roulette wheels. The standard single-zero Roulette takes 0.5 to 100 a spin, and Roulette 73 runs from 0 to 72 with six 5to1 row bets and a 700 maximum. Between them are 12- and 24-number versions.

What I've left out

The old version of this page said 918Kiss had over 100 games, 70% of them slots, and called it the most famous casino site in Malaysia with advanced security. I can't check any of that, so it's gone. It also named Great Blue, Fortune Panda, Highway Kings, Bonus Bear and Dolphin Reef as favourites. They may well be in the app, but I haven't got screenshots of the 918Kiss versions, so they don't have pages here yet.
